I Will Be There When I Arrive It’s National Poetry Day here in New Zealand! The Nibblers Come At Night Exciting news! The Seed - A Villanelle Week 4 of @createfordementia and I’ve written up a short and hope-filled poem I wrote a few years ago, which I still love sharing. This poem was inspired by attending an art auction, and the emotions which ensued as I contemplated whether art should be bought and sold as any old commodity, when the creation of art often means much more than that to its maker. Week 3 Create For Dementia Poem: "Whose Is The Future?" "Heartsink Patients" is an unfortunate term used by medical professionals when encountering patients who are labelled as "too complex" and/or "non-compliant."
